The Sustainability Mixer is an annual opportunity to get to know the sustainability related organizations working at Concordia, meet other students, and just hang out in a space together. Groups directly active in the Sustainable community at Concordia are present to chat about their work and open space for students to learn more, network, and talk about all the different sustainable goings-on within our shared community.

The mixer has been taking place for over five years with April 2020 being the first year we were forced to cancel it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A year later, we were super excited to organize the Sustainability Mixer 2021, and once again try to create a space for students to gain an understanding of the community and know how to get informed & involved.

We had over 40 participants this year and it was lovely to gather once again, discuss sustainability within our community, and listen to wonderful music of Clerel, who joined us as the featured performing artist.

The information pamphlet includes information about all the participating organizations, the featured performing artist, as well as other groups doing important work in and around the Concordia community. All contact information is clickable – making it super handy to find and contact a variety of sustainability organizations at Concordia.
