Sustainable Concordia has always been committed to promoting the implementation of sustainability into the operations of the Concordia Campus. In fact, our organization was started by a simple audit of the campus and the creation of working groups to address problems areas exposed.
Our mission, which drives the operations of Sustainable Concordia, revolves around confronting our economies and political systems which perpetuate an unsustainable lifestyle by proposing new ways of doing.
Envisioned through a Living Laboratory methodology, we advocate for a multi-stakeholder approach to developing policies and action plans which spark social innovations to transition our campus into a living example of a sustainable institution.
