Fee Levy Opt Out

Any Concordia student who wishes to opt out of the Sustainable Concordia fee levy ($0.15 per credit for undergraduate students, $0.50 per semester for graduate students) may do so during the opt-out period which starts 24 hours after the DNE deadline and no later than 30 days after the DNE deadline for each semester (Fall/Winter/Summer 1/Summer 2).

Fall 2019
The opt-out period will be from September 17th to September 30th.
There will be 2 Common Opt-out Events where you can opt out of multiple fee levy groups: see concordiacommunity.org for more info on those.
You can also come by our offices during that period on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 5pm.
Update: We cannot be present after 3pm on Thursday Sept. 26. Please make an appointment instead.
If neither of those work for you, you can schedule an appointment by contacting our Office coordinator or our External coordinator.

If getting to fee-levy groups offices or the common opt-out events is inaccessible to you due to disability, and you are registered with Concordia’s Access Centre please contact individual groups by phone or email to make special arrangements for fee reimbursements.

*Bring along your student ID card and an up-to-date copy of your student account record which has been printed (or can be shown on a mobile device, laptop, or one of our office computers) after the DNE deadline, as noted above.
